SUMMARY:45th Annual Pat Underwood Memorial Softball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:UPDATE: \n\n\n\nA few pertinent pieces of information to pass on to your players AND fans:\n\n\nCLOTHING – This is a tournament comprised almost entirely of Christian players and spectators. Clothing must be modest. I realize that we are looking at temperatures approaching 100 degrees\, but upper thighs and lower chests do not need to get a tan on this day.\n\nPETS – The City of Arlington does not permit pets within the softball field complex. Make sure your fans are aware of this and that they leave Fido at home. If the City has to ask someone to leave because they brought a pet the representative from the city will tell that person that the coach of their team was made aware of this rule and chose to not make them aware of it.\n\n\n\n\n  \nThis year’s tournament will take place on Saturday\, June 29th and will once again be held at Randol Mill Park in Arlington\, Texas. \nThe cost is $400 per team. \nNo team will be registered until payment has been received in full\, however\, payments will not be accepted until May 1st. Please let this email serve as a reminder for you to begin setting your rosters and collecting payments from your individual players. We can only accommodate 20 teams\, with teams having been turned away in recent years – so when it’s time to register don’t delay! \nMore information\, including registration info\, will be made available in the coming weeks. \nAs always\, the net proceeds from the tournament will go towards financially assisting future and current North Texas Florida College students through the Florida College Booster Club of North Texas’ Scholarship Fund. Last year’s tournament raised over $3\,300! \nFeel free to forward this email on to any other individual or team that you know may be interested in playing and have them contact me so that I can add them to the mailing list. As a friendly reminder\, your rosters need to be comprised of at least 80% Christians; it’s up to each team to define “Christian” for themselves\, but please allow the New Testament to help you with that definition. \nRandol Mill Park\n1901 W.
